Sugarloop orders are made to order and shipped within an estimated 3 to 6 business days. We ship internationally from New Zealand. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or New Zealand public holidays.
Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches, and sales.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All NZ orders are shipped via standard domestic envelope or NZ Courier Post.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via standard International lettermail Airmail (untracked.)
Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Sugarloop is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers can shop with confidence. Our planner stickers are shipped in flat letter-sized envelopes via international Airmail and typically order values are well below most countries' tax and duty thresholds (de minimis limits). As a result, you should not expect to pay any additional taxes, duties, or handling fees upon delivery.
